Artist Ion Țuculescu feels unsettling by reading the news: On August 27, 2026, Slovak prosecutors reported that an attempted arson attack by three suspects targeted Skyeton, a Ukrainian-founded drone manufacturer, in eastern Slovakia. Police thwarted the planned attack before any damage or injuries occurred, and two suspects (a Latvian and a Ukrainian national) are in custody in Slovakia, while a third Latvian suspect awaits extradition from Hamburg, Germany.
