Artist János Kmetty feels tense by reading the news: On October 18, 2026, an Austrian Airlines flight from Tel Aviv to Vienna was forced to make an emergency landing in Sofia, Bulgaria, after a bomb threat was reported. The Bulgarian Air Force scrambled MiG-29 fighter jets to escort the passenger plane, carrying 51 passengers and six crew, to Sofia International Airport. After a thorough search, no danger was found, and the flight continued to Vienna.
